Staying Fit is Fun!

Staying healthy shouldn’t be just another thing on your list of busy things to do. Staying healthy should be fun!

Since we are busy, we have to plan to include exercise, take the time to eat well, and re-charge. That’s why I have a Vitality Blueprint.

Shake up your workout

  • Different equipment
  • Cross-train
  • Mix it up outdoors and inside
  • Get a partner to work out with
  • Take a dance class

Get enough sleep

  • 7 hours a night
  • Power naps, 20 minutes, are amazing

Shake up your diet

  • Healthy doesn’t have to be boring
  • Try quinoa
  • Avoid all those fad energy and vitamin drinks
  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
